Even five years ago, the signs of the
times showed that the return of Jesus Christ was near. Now it is
apparent that some of the details of end time events, that we didn't
recognize then, are starting to reveal themselves now. The stage is
being set and starting to take shape more than we had even pictured
before. It is hard to say how much more time that these details need
to complete and how many more details are yet to be
revealed. Only one thing is most apparent; the Lord's return is
closer as each day passes.
I've always believed that there is much
more that we can accomplish together than to simply “do his will” while we seemingly remain an island unto ourselves. Accomplishing vision,
without unity among God's people, will only build a single man's
kingdom, not an eternal legacy for God's kingdom. Although each of
us has a role that is important in the body of Christ. Many do them
“walking alone” or with a minimal of tangible support from the
body of Christ. Yet when led by the Spirit of God, what seemed so
little, will reveal that it played a larger role in the final eternal
results in God's Kingdom. I say all this to say, “Don't count the
little things that you do, as though they are not great in God's
hand.”
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two
are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.
For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is
alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two
lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And
though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will
withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Church membership does not guarantee
membership for anyone in God's kingdom. My heart and mind turn to the
longing deep inside, to see the lost come to saving knowledge of
Jesus Christ. Even more, I long to see that no one be left out. I
want everyone to experience the same love and joy that I have known,
because of such a nurturing and loving relationship with the Lord.
Nothing would thrill me more than to see people lined up to hear
about the love of Jesus whether it was in a small town crusade or a
crusade of larger magnitude such as Billy Graham has witnessed. This
longing to see the lost come to know Christ, along with a mandate
that I am compelled to follow through with, has caused me to reach
out to you.
About five years ago, God gave me a
vision during a worship service, complete with frame by frame
description and music that told a story. It took time for my
spirit to digest and even more time for my mind to understand it, but the last
word I heard was - “Global”. Time has revealed that this is the
year that the Lord has marked, when the details will begin to set the
stage for that vision.
I will not take the risk of sharing the
details of this vision or the mandate set before me, but I am praying
and seeking God for like-minded, spirit moving people who desire the
same end result; to see the lost saved through this very thing that
he has revealed to me, before his return.
I
charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to
judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom:
preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove,
rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time
is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having
itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit
their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth
and wander off into myths. As for you, always be sober-minded, endure
suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
If you have read this far, please know
that this is not a ploy to gain more followers or increase my “social
media network”. However, since the last word I heard in my spirit
was “Global” then I'm sure that the internet would play even a small role in joining God's people together for a
specific purpose. I am seeking workers, who have heard from the
spirit of God, to work the harvest.
